For over 23 years, Verbatim have been taking phone calls for busy business owners, so that their valued customers aren’t subjected to answerphones or a dreaded engaged tone. We’re currently looking for someone to join our friendly team on a full-time basis in a receptionist/customer-service role.
We need someone to join us who can answer and transfer calls in an appropriate manner and in accordance with the specific requests of our clients. You’ll need to have great customer-care skills, a clear and friendly telephone manner, be computer literate and able to work from home. We will offer a generous package including a a starting salary of £17,680, rising to £19,552 per annum after six months, plus holiday benefits, contributions to your pension plan, a healthcare cash plan and an annual profit sharing bonus. We’ll give you plenty of development opportunities and after initial training at our offices in Newbury, Berkshire, the role will be home based.
